Custom Orders
All custom and personalized items are made specifically for you. Please double-check all names, colors, and design details before placing your order.
Design Approval
If your order requires design confirmation, we may contact you before production. Delays in response may extend processing time.
Processing Time
Custom orders typically take 3–5 business days to process. More detailed or high-volume orders may take longer.
No Returns or Exchanges
Because all custom items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our end.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production may have already started.
Customer Responsibility
- Ensure all spelling and details are correct when ordering
- We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can fix the issue.
